In the Federal Legislative Branch, he served in the General Directorate of Parliamentary Support of the House of Representatives during the LVII and LVIII legislatures, developing a broad legal approach that includes parliamentary advisory services, drafting legislative projects, law amendments, and legal impact studies; subsequently, he worked as a mid-level manager in the General Directorate of Forensic Audit of the Federal Audit Office.
Within the Federal Judiciary, he worked in the thesis departments of various civil law collegiate tribunals of the First Circuit, participating in the development of jurisprudential criteria, drafting contradiction of thesis complaints, and collaborating on temporary projects for thesis review and refinement; and as a mid-level manager in the Executive Secretariat of the Plenary of the Federal Judicial Council.
In the Federal Public Administration, he specialized in applying federal administrative regulations across various federal agencies; in the National Council for Culture and the Arts as an advisor in the Legislative Projects Directorate of the General Legal Directorate; in the National Institute of Anthropology and History as Deputy Director of Institutional Insurance within the National Coordination of Material Resources and Services; and from 2012 to 2019, he served as Head of the Coastal Ecosystems and Environments Unit of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Delegation in the State of Quintana Roo, gaining extensive professional experience in environmental matters and related fields.
Since mid-2019 to the present, he has worked as a Litigation Attorney specializing in the Federal Maritime-Terrestrial Zone and Land Gained from the Sea, collaborating with major hotel groups such as Corporación Inmobiliaria KTRC, S.A. de C.V. and RCD Hotels, S.A de C.V., as well as with various private clients primarily located in Quintana Roo, obtaining favorable resolutions in various Nullity Trials before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice and in Review Appeals before SEMARNAT. Additionally, he has achieved the registration of various concession titles in the Federal Public Property Registry, and has successfully managed and obtained positive resolutions in various procedures related to the General Directorate of the Federal Maritime-Terrestrial Zone and Coastal Environments, conducting his professional practice based on the principles of Probity, Experience, Loyalty, and Effectiveness.
